Meg is a Registered Psychologist at SWITCH. Meg prides herself on her down-to-earth and energetic approach to her role. Meg has experience working with athletes of all levels from various sports. Meg also has experience working with children and their families, particularly those coping with trauma or diagnosed with Anxiety (including performance and separation anxiety) and ADHD.

Experience

Meg has 5 years of experience working in a clinical setting. Meg’s experience is mainly in working with athletes of all levels of competition from various sports. In this space, she works with individuals, coaches, and teams and has even had the opportunity to deliver presentations and workshops in the industry! Meg has worked as a psychologist in the Tackle Your Feelings Program.

Meg also has a wealth of experience working with children who have experienced trauma or those who have been diagnosed with a disability or developmental delay including Autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, learning disorders, chromosomal syndromes, and Duchenne muscular dystrophy. In this space, Meg works with individuals and families.

Meg is also passionate about working with young people and adults struggling with stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, and life’s many challenging moments.
